- Pickup from your doorstep: ₹119 per request (covers up to 3 items) + ₹40 for each additional item
- Returns are credited as Store Credit, valid for 12 months. The pickup fee is deducted from the credit, and the shipping charge paid on the original order is not refunded.
- Damaged, wrong or missing item? Report within 24 hours with an unboxing video, and we'll replace it free of charge.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
- Final Sale items (marked on the product page) can't be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Cancellations: cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.

- Standard delivery: ₹79 · Free on orders of ₹999 and above. The ₹999 threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount, so an order that falls below ₹999 once a discount is applied is charged ₹79.

- Delivery: 3–5 business days for most cities (up to 7 for remote areas)
- Same-day Express in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane: order before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat). Express charges range from ₹129 to ₹449 depending on your delivery distance, and the exact charge is shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to Express delivery.
