TinyCheek (tinycheek.com) is owned and operated by Fabterior Designs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What We Collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses
  • Order details: products purchased, returns, exchanges and store credit
  • Payment details: payment method and transaction status. Card and UPI details are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Account details: your sign-in information and saved preferences
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies

2. Why We Use It

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders
  • To handle returns, exchanges, refunds and store credit
  • To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp
  • To respond to your questions and complaints
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure
  • To send offers and updates, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

3. Who We Share It With
We share only the information needed, and only with trusted partners who help us run our store:

  • Shopify: our e-commerce platform
  • Razorpay: payment processing
  • Courier and delivery partners: to deliver your orders and collect returns
  • Messaging and email service providers: to send you order updates
  • Government authorities, when required by law

We never sell your personal data.

4. Children's Privacy
Our products are made for children, but our store is intended for use by parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared their information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how our store is used. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the store may not work properly without them.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements. For example, tax and accounting records must be kept for up to 8 years. After that, your data is securely deleted.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All payments are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

  • Acknowledgement: you will receive an automatic confirmation email within 48 hours of your complaint reaching us.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
