Shipping Policy

We ship across India from Mumbai. Here's everything you need to know about getting your TinyCheek order.

1. Standard Delivery (All India)

  • ₹79 per order
  • Free on orders of ₹999 and above (calculated after discounts)
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days for most cities and up to 7 business days for remote areas.

2. Same-day Express Delivery (Mumbai Region)
Need it today? Same-day Express is available across Mumbai and nearby areas, including Navi Mumbai and Thane.

  • Place your order before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, to receive it the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays, are delivered the next working day.
  • Express charges range from ₹129 to ₹449, based on your delivery distance. If your address is eligible, the exact charge appears at checkout.
  • Free-shipping offers do not apply to Express delivery.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
  • For Same-day Express orders, you'll receive a live tracking link once your order is on its way.
  • You can also view your order status and tracking anytime by signing in to your account.

4. Delivery Address
Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are complete and correct. Our delivery partner may call you before delivery. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it after delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

5. Delays
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by festivals, weather or courier disruptions. If this happens, we'll keep you informed and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged Package
If the outer package looks torn, opened or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery and let us know. If you've already accepted it, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only.
