Welcome to TinyCheek. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of tinycheek.com and to any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us
TinyCheek is owned and operated by Fabterior Designs Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India (GSTIN: 27AAFCF5348A1ZV). Our registered address and contact details are listed on our Contact Information page.

2. Using Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, please shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure.
  • You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We make every effort to display our products, colours and sizes accurately. Minor variations may occur, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been placed.

4. Orders

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in certain situations, such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors or an undeliverable address. If this happens, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, returns, refunds, store credit and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Offers, Discount Codes and Store Credit

  • Discount codes and offers are subject to their own terms, can be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one discount code can be applied per order, unless stated otherwise.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our brand name, logo, product designs, photographs and text, belongs to Fabterior Designs Private Limited. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, photo or feedback, you confirm that it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove any content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How we handle your complaint:

  • Acknowledgement: you will receive an automatic confirmation email within 48 hours of your complaint reaching us.
  • Resolution: we will respond with a resolution within one month of receiving your complaint.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
