Easy Exchanges & Returns
- Exchange or return within 3 days of delivery
- Pickup from your doorstep: ₹119 per request (covers up to 3 items) + ₹40 for each additional item
- Returns are credited as Store Credit, valid for 12 months. The pickup fee is deducted from the credit, and the shipping charge paid on the original order is not refunded.
- Damaged, wrong or missing item? Report within 24 hours with an unboxing video, and we'll replace it free of charge.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
- Final Sale items (marked on the product page) can't be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Cancellations: cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.
